artifacts, and historical metric definitions. They must not be generalized to a
new model generation, current runtime release, or public SRIP conformance class
without a new immutable run manifest and calibration evidence.
The source artifacts remain immutable historical evidence. Their public
availability and license do not turn named-run observations into current SRS
conformance, production-readiness, or universal model/provider claims.
